Thank you Daniela for your advise on the Palo Santo. The first time I used it I set the intention as guided. The Palo Santo kit well and burned nicely before smoking out gently! I love my aniline shell and it catches all the embers and ashes from the sage.
I am super grateful for the sage I purchased. I struggle with night depression and wanting to over eat late at night but since buying the sage I have not over eaten and I have felt super comforted by the energy of the sage after burning it. I LOVE LOVE the smell of a fresh bundle of sage (also referred to by many as a “sage stick” once the “leaves” have been bundled together). I have been smudging for decades.
