All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • U.S. Orders: Delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary (usually 7–21 business days depending on customs and carrier).

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Promotional Free Shipping: Occasionally offered during seasonal events or special campaigns as indicated on our website banner or emails.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any local taxes, import duties, and clearance fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by postal services or customs, but we’ll always do our best to assist in locating your parcel.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

To start a return, please contact us at info@francescopalmieri.us with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description so we can resolve it promptly.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Please email us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) mail-order regulations and state consumer-protection laws. International shipments follow the Universal Postal Convention and country-specific import regulations.
